早期肝硬化的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值

目的探讨早期肝硬化的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值。方法经彩色多普勒超声诊断早期肝硬化31例，均进行超声引导下肝组织活检，对比病理诊断结果进行回顾性分析。结果27例均经病理诊断确诊为早期肝硬化。结论彩色多普勒超声检查加肝活组织病检是确诊早期肝硬化的有效手段。
