| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠期腹腔镜手术的安全性。方法妊娠期妇女腹腔镜手术孕周小于24周。腹腔内的二氧化碳压力为10-12mmHg，呼气末CO2分压维持在32-35mmHg，手术中孕妇血氧饱和度维持在98％～100％。手术操作时间控制在30min左右。结果患者均无手术并发症，随访至足月，出生婴儿评分及体重无影响。结论孕周小于24周的患者，手术指征明确，严格控制手术时间，并注意手术中腹腔内的二氧化碳压力及孕妇血氧饱和度的监测，妊娠期进行腹腔镜手术是安全的。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study safety of laparoscope for gestational patients. [Methods] Gestational age was shorter than 24 weeks, press of CO2 air 10-12 mmHg and expiration end press maintained 32-35mmHg while SaO2 98%-100% during operation. Time of laparoscopic operation was 30 mins. [Results] There were no complication in cases. Follow-up to term delivery, it did not affect Apgar grade and weight of newborn. [Conclusion] Laparoscopy was safety for gestational patients which gestational age was shorter than 24 weeks if the condition is well controlled during operation. |
