腭咽环扎线在组织中的变化

将临床使用的3种环扎材料分别植入64只家兔肌肉及皮下组织中,动态观察术后4d至24W中的拉力变化和组织反应。结果表明,各种环扎线的拉力均在一定时间后丧失;线本身也逐渐被坚实致密的纤维结缔组织疤痕取代。组织对环扎线的反应顺序为肠线>丝线>阔筋膜。丝线组织反应比肠线轻,拉力保持性能较阔筋膜好,且来源方便,应为腭咽环扎术首选。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF CHANGES OF RING TIED MATERIALS IN VIVO

Clinically used three ring tied materials,silk,chromic catgur and fascia lata were implanted in the subcutaneous tjssues and muscles of 64 rabbits to evaluate the changes in tensile strength and tissue reactions produced,It was found that all these materials lost their strength after exposed for a certain period of time to the action of the tissue fluid.They were engulfed by phagocytes and gradually replaced by solid fibrous connective tissue scar.The sequence in order of tissue reactions produced by these experimented materials is chromic catgut,silk and fascia lata.Considered from points of adequate str-ength,favorable tissue reactions,good handing and easy to obtain,silk is at present the most suitable ring tied material.
