直肠癌根治术2种截石位摆放方法的应用体会

目的探讨改进直肠癌根治术的体位摆放方法，最大限度满足患者的舒适和安全。方法将116例行直肠癌根治术的患者随机分为两组，A组采用传统方法，B组采用改进方法（改进搁脚架的高度与角度及托腿板的角度与方向）。观察两体位摆放时间、术后舒适度、手术野暴露情况。结果B组患者体位摆放时间短于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；术后舒适度B组优于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术者对两组患者的手术野暴露情况均满意。结论改进后的手术体位护理人员易掌握，且省时、省力，患者术后舒适度改善。
