| 摘 要： | 检测１１８例胸水ＣＹＦＲＡ２１－１和ＣＥＡ浓度以及ＡＤＡ活性。其中癌性不６７例，结核性胸水４０例，其它良性渗漏液１１例。ＣＹＦＲＡ２１－１对癌胸水的敏感度为６２．６％，特异度为９０．２％，ＣＥＡ的敏感度为５５．２％，特异度为１００％。联合测定ＣＹＦＲＡ２１－１和ＣＥＡ对癌性胸水的敏感度可提高到８５．１％，其临床应用值值得重视。

| Abstract: | Pleural fluids were obtained from 67 patients with lung carcinomas,40 with tuberculosis,and 11 with benign disorders other than TB.The CYFRA21 1 was detected in 62.6% of carcinoma patients' effusions,while 5 of 40 TB specimens had an elevated CYFRA21 1 lvevl.The elevated CEA levels were found in 55.2% of the fluids from patients with carcinoma while the specificity was 100%.Using a combination of the CYFRA21 1 and CEA assays the sensitivity for malignant effusions was increased to 85.1%.It was concluded that the combination may be useful in distinguishing between malignant and benign effusions. |
