| 摘 要： | 用大鼠杂交瘤技术，将人盲肠癌Ｈｃｅ－８６９３细胞免疫ＬＯＵ／ｃ大鼠，取其脾细胞与大鼠骨髓瘤ＩＲ９８３Ｆ细胞融合，共产生６２０株杂交瘤从中筛选出分泌抗人大肠癌单抗杂交瘤１９５株，阳性率为３１％。其中Ｒ１９株分泌ＩｇＧ２ｂ型抗体，与人大肠癌Ｈｃｅ－８６９３ｔ ＨＴ０２９ｘｌｅｑｋｇｆ 阳性反应，与人鼻咽癌ＣＮＥ２细胞有弱阳性交叉反应，与正常人胚肺２ＢＳ细胞，人肝癌、等共１５种细胞地交叉反应，显著较强的

| Abstract: | LOU/c rats were immunized with human cecum cancer Hce 8693 cells.The fusion of rat myeloma cells and immunized spleen cells produced 620 hybridomas.R19,one of the 195 positive hybridomas was selected for further study.Monoclonal antibody (McAb) R19,identified as IgG2b,showed strong reactivity with human cecum cancer Hce 8693 and colon cancer HT 29 cells,and week reactivity to human nasopharyngeal cancer CNE2 cells.However,no reactivity was found with human fetal lung 2BS,hepatoma,lung cancer,leukemia,stomach cancer,esophagus cancer,oral squamous cell carcinoma,breast cancer,murine colon cancer and murine melanoma.After injection of 125 I labeled R19 into nude mice bearing cecum cancer Hce 8693 and 131 I labeled R19 into nude mice bearing colon cancer HT 29,high accumulation was found in the tumor,and McAb R19 showed highly specific localization. |
