| 摘 要： | 目的掌握现阶段居民伤害死亡的发生频率及分布规律,探讨影响伤害死亡的主要因素。方法居民伤害死亡资料来源于死因监测系统,使用ICD-10进行分类编码。结果2006-2007年山东省高密市因伤害死亡826例,占全部死亡的7.87%,死亡率为47.96/10万,在全死因顺位中居第4位,男性明显高于女性。结论交通事故、自杀和淹溺是高密市居民伤害死亡的主要原因,根据伤害死亡的分布特征和主要影响因素,有必要制定并采取相应的预防策略和控制措施。
