急性胰腺炎患者螺旋型鼻肠营养管放置临床分析

目的 解决急性重症胰腺炎患者实施非永久性肠内营养支持的途径问题。方法 对我院诊治的13例重症胰腺炎患者进行螺旋型鼻空肠营养管留置。结果 空肠置管成功率69.2%，6例营养管24h内到达空肠，3例48h内到达空肠。余4例胃镜辅助下空肠置管成功。导管留置时间为21～52d，平均(34.6±5.2)d。置管、导管留置、经导管实施肠内营养支持过程中所有患者耐受良好,无不适及并发症发生。结论 螺旋型鼻肠营养管是解决急性重症胰腺炎患者非永久性肠内营养支持途径的一种有效措施。

Placement of Bengmark nasoenteric feeding tube in acute pancreatitis

Department of Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou 510080, China Abstract: 　Objective: To set up the path of volatile enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: Placing of nasointestinal feeding tube was accomplished in 13 patients with severe acute pancreatitis. 　Results: The successful ratio was 69.2% (9/13). Among them, the time of cusp of the feeding tube to reach jejune was 24h in 6 patients and 48h in 3 patients. The other 4 patients were accomplished by endoscopy. The indwelling time of the tube was from 21 to 52(34.6 ±5.2) d. No any discomfort and complication happened during the placement and use of the nasoenteric feeding tube. 　Conclusion: The Bengmark nasoenteric feeding tube is an good choice of setting up the path of volatile enteral nutrition in patients with acute pancreatitis.
