泉州市6月～7岁儿童贫血与佝偻病关系分析

目的了解泉州市儿童贫血和佝偻病之间的关系。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对被调查儿童进行体格检查,检测血红蛋白、血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶,拍摄左腕关节、双膝关节X线片。结果2939名儿童无贫血组及贫血组佝偻病患病率分别为8.71%及18.80%,无佝偻病组及佝偻组儿童贫血患病率分别为15.93%及31.49%。结论儿童贫血和佝偻病之间存在着密切关系。

Study on relationship between anemia and rickets among the children of 6 months to 7 years of age in Quanzhou city

Objective To understand the relation between anemia and rickets among the children in Quanzhou City. Methods All the counties in Quanzhou City were first divided into 3 major regions based on geographic location socioeconomic developmental status. Aong them,1 county was randomly selected.Then 22 villages were further randomly selected from the sampled counties. Ultimately. 2939 children aged 6 months to 7 years were selcted as study subjects. Hemoglobin (Hb) was measured and serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) levels were assayed,and left wrist joint and double knee joint were shooted by X line.Result Among 2939 children,the prevalence of rickets was 8.71% in the children with no anemic and the prevalence of rickets was 18.80% in the children suffered from anemic;the prevalence of anemic was 15.93% in the children with no rickets and the prevalence of anemic was 31.49%s in the children suffered from rickets. Conclusion The anemic and the rickets in the children can be influenced each other.
