摘    要:目的:通过观察再生障碍贫血(再障)患者外周血及骨髓中CD31(PECAM-1,血小板-内皮细胞粘附分子)、CD44水平,评价粘附分子对再障发病的影响及其临床意义。方法:用免疫荧光法检测骨髓及外周血单单个核细胞(MNc)CD31、CD44抗原表达水平。结果:再障组骨髓及外周血单个核细胞(MNC)CD31、CD44抗原水平明显低于正常对照组。相关分析发现,骨髓与外周血单个核细胞的CD31、CD44水平与外击血白细胞数、血红蛋白、血小板、骨髓中粒系比例、红系比例、巨核细胞均呈正相关。结论:粘附分子表达异常可能在再障发病中起一定作用。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the relationship between the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia and the levels of the adhesion molecules CD31、CD44 in the blood and marrow of AA(Aplastic anemia). Methods: The expression of CD31、CD44 on the MNC from 20 AA patients and 8 normal controls were measured with immunofluorescence assay. Results: The levels of CD31、CD44 were lower in AA group than in normal control;By corrlation analysis in AA group it was found that the levels of CD31 CD44 in blood and marrow were positively correlated with the WBC platelet hemoglobin in blood and positively correlated with the proportion of granulocyte erythrocyte egacaryocyte in marrow . Conclusion: The adhesion molecules aberration might participate in the pathogenesis of AA.
