免疫组化染色质量控制在组织切片中的应用

目的 探讨组织HE染色切片及免疫组化染色切片的质量控制与标准化.方法 按照质控标准化组织行HE制片和免疫组化染色,盲法比较标准化前后病理诊断结果.结果 100例肝脏穿刺组织中,标准化后常规HE染色切片和免疫组化染色切片的优良率分别为92.3％,91.1％；明显高于标准化前78.9％,74.9％(x2=3.841,3.801,均P＜0.05)；标准化后100例肝脏穿刺组织中诊断率86.0％,明显高于标准化前73.0％(x2=3.741,P＜0.05).结论 标准化后提高了常规HE染色和组织免疫组化的质量.

Application of quality control of immunohistochemical stainig in tissues slice

Objective To investigate the quality control and standardization of HE and immunohistochemical stainings in tissues slice. Methods In accordance with the standardization of quality control, HE and immunohistochemial stainings in tissues slice were performed, and the results were blindly compared before and after the standardization. Results The excellent rates of HE and immunohistochemical stainings in tissues slice after standardization were 92.3% and 91.1% respectively, and higher than those before standardization 78.9% and 74.9% （ X2= 3. 841, 3. 801, all P 〈 0.05 ） ;Diagnosis rate of 100 cases with liver biopsy tissue after standardization 86.0% was significantly higher than 73.0% before standardization（ X2 = 3. 741,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The quality of HE and immunohistochemical stainings in tissues slice enhanced after standardization.
