自拟通痹活络汤治疗脑梗死临床疗效分析

目的 观察自拟通痹活络汤治疗恢复期脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 选择148例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各74例,对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用通痹活络汤,疗程28d,比较两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗后两组的神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前显著改善,治疗组更优于对照组;治疗组的疗效等级显著优于对照组,总有效率为94.6％,显著高于对照组75.5％,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 通痹活络汤治疗恢复期脑梗死临床疗效确切,值得在临床上推广.

Effect of Tongbihuoluo Tang on the cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the effect of Tongbihuoluo Tang on the cerebral infarction. Methods 148 cases in recovery of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control and treated groups （each n = 74）, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the treated group was treated with Tongbihuoluo Tang based on the conventional treatment,the course was 28d, then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment the neurological deficit score was significantly improved compared with before treatment, the treated group was better than the control group. The efficacy of the treated group was significantly better than the control group,the total effective rate was 94.6% ,which was significantly higher than 75.5% in control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tongbihuoluo Tang may be helpful to the patients on the basis of western medicine, and it was worthy to be used in clinical practice.
