| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胫骨下1/3螺旋骨折合并后踝骨折28例患者的临床特点和诊治方法.方法 回顾性分析28例胫骨下1/3螺旋骨折合并后踝骨折患者的临床资料.结果 术后1年随访,24例(85.7％)患者均顺利康复,4例患者并发骨性关节炎.结论 胫骨下1/3螺旋形骨折合并后踝骨折在早期X线检查中适当扩大检查范围,在治疗过程中仔细观察,及早发现病情.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and diagnosis,treatment measure of spiral fractures under the third of tibia combined with retral ankle fractures in 28 cases. Methods 28 cases with spiral fractures under the third of tibia combined with retral ankle fractures were analyzed retraspectively. Results Follow-up for a year later showed,4 cases happened osteoarthritis,smoothly recovery rate was 85.7%. Conclusion It should expand diagnostic scope of X-ray at early stage, and give careful observation during treatment, for the aim of discovering disease in time. |
