不同乙肝检测模式中Pre-S_1抗原分析

目的:通过不同乙肝检测模式中P re-S1抗原的检测情况分析,了解P re-S1抗原与乙肝病毒复制的关系。方法:采用EL ISA法对300份乙肝阳性血清进行P re-S1抗原检测。结果;P re-S1抗原检测在HB sA g(+)、HB eA g(+)、HB cA b(+)模式的阳性率为86%,在HB sA g(+)、HB eA b(+),HB cA b(+)模式的阳性率为40%,在HB sA g(+)、HB cA b(+)模式中阳性率为25%,而在HB eA b(+)、HB cA b(+)模式中,HB sA b(+)、HB eA b(+)、HB cA b(+)模式中,HB sA b(+)、HB cA b(+)模式中及HB cA b(+)模式中阳性率都为0。结论:P re-S1抗原测定可作为检验乙肝病毒存在和复制的血清学指标。

Analysis of Serum Pre-S1 Antigen in the Different Serology Models of Hepatitis B Virus

Objective To detect serum Pre-S_1 antigen in the different HBV serology models and discuss the relationship between PreS_1 antigen and HBV copying.Methods ELISA was used to detect serum Pre-S_1 antigen in 300 HBV positive specimens.Results The positive rate of Pre-S_1 antigen were 86% in the HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)、HBcAb(+) HBV serology model,40% in the HBsAg(+),HBeAb(+)、HBcAb(+) model,25% in the HBsAg(+)、HBcAb(+) model,respectively.The positive rate were zero in HBeAb(+)、HBcAb(+) model,HBsAb(+)、HBeAb(+)、HBcAb(+) model,HBsAb(+),HBcAb(+) model and HBcAb(+) model.Conclusion Pre-S_1 Ag can be regarded as a serologic marker for existing and replication of hepatitis B virus.
