脑卒中后血糖的变化及其对愈后的影响

目的：了解血糖水平在脑卒中后的变化及其对愈后的影响。方法：次日清晨测空腹血糖，比较不同愈后的患者水平。结果：恶化及死亡患者的血糖水平较痊愈及好转的患者明显增高，差异有显著性。结论：血糖水平与愈后有明显相关，早期控制血糖可对愈后产生影响。

Changes of blood glucose after cerebral stroke and the effect on prognosis

Objective: To observe the changes of the glucose after cerebral stroke and detect the effects on the prognosis.Methods: With the methods of measuring the glucose levels on an empty stomach at the next early morning,the levels were compared among the different prognosis groups.Results: The glucose levels of the worse and the dead groups are significantly higher than those of the recovered groups.The difference is obviously significant.Conclusion: The glucose level has a direct obviously relativities with prognosis.Controlling of blood glucose at early stage may be distinctly effective to prognosis.
