帕罗西汀与阿米替林治疗抑郁症比较

目的 :比较帕罗西汀和阿米替林治疗抑郁症疗效和不良反应。方法 :选择符合条件的住院或门诊病人 6 0例 ,分成 2组。帕罗西汀组 30例 男性14例 ,女性 16例 ,年龄 (42±s 15 )a],阿米替林组30例 男性 14例 ,女性 16例 ,年龄 (43± 14 )a],分别口服帕罗西汀 2 0mg·d- 1和阿米替林 5 0mg·d- 1,依病情可调整至 4 0mg·d- 1和 2 5 0mg·d- 1。用HAMD ,TESS进行评定。结果 :2组治疗抑郁症时起效时间、疗效相当 ,帕罗西汀组显效率 80 % ,阿米替林组显效率 73% (P >0 .0 5 ) ,帕罗西汀组的不良反应轻微 ,仅少数病人失眠较明显。结论 :帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症与阿米替林疗效相似 ,但不良反应轻微 ,使用方便。

Paroxetine vs amitriptyline in treating depression

AIM: To compare the effects and adverse reactions of paroxetine and amitriptyline in treating depression. METHODS: Sixty in or out patients fitted to the conditions were divided into two groups. Thirty patients (M 14,F 16;age (42±s 15) a)were treated with paroxetine first dose 20 mg·d -1, then 40 mg·d -1 po; and other thirty patients (M 14, F 16; age(43±14) a) were treated with amitriptyline first dose 50 mg·d -1, then 250 mg·d -1, po. Two groups were checked with HAMD and TESS. RESULTS: The total clinical effect rates were 80 % in paraxetine group and 73 % in amitriptyline group, the onset of time and effect were equal in two groups. The adverse reactions of paroxetine group were lighter than those of amitriptyline group. There was significant insomnia in fewer patients in paroxetine group. CONCLUSION: The effect of paroxetine and amitriptyline groups are equal. But adverse reactions of paroxetine group are lighter, and use is convenient.
