疏肝和胃化瘀法改善功能性消化不良胃动力的临床研究

目的:观察疏肝和胃化瘀法治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia FD)的临床疗效。方法:将153例FD患者随机分为两组。治疗组78例,以疏肝和胃化瘀法治疗;对照组75例,以疏肝和胃法治疗,两组均4周为1个疗程。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后症状积分改变及胃排空障碍的改善情况。结果(:1)治疗组临床总有效率(88.46%)明显优于对照组(72%,P<0.05);(2)治疗组治疗后,症状积分由(31.14±11.81)降低到(8.58±6.39),治疗组对改善FD症状有非常显著效果(P<0.01)(;3)治疗组治疗后,症状积分(8.58±6.39)明显低于对照组(13.77±9.21,P<0.01);(4)治疗治疗后,空腹氢呼气浓度由(31.26±7.07)ppm降低到(10.83±7.89)ppm,治疗组经治疗后空腹氢呼气浓度较治疗前有非常显著下降(P<0.01);(5)治疗组治疗后空腹氢呼气浓度(10.83±7.89ppm)低于对照组(15.81±11.24ppm,P<0.05);(6)治疗组的胃排空障碍好转率(89.36%)优于对照组(69.77%,P<0.05)。结论:疏肝和胃化瘀法治疗...
