| Abstract: | The paper introduces one method that content of the iron in the melon and the fruit of the vegetables was determine by spectrophotometru, The method is simply, rapidly and auuratly. The result provides the theoretical basis for guiding reopce reasonably to eat the melon and the fruit of the vegetables to replenish the iron and exploiting the product of the melon and the fruit of the vegetables. |
