摘    要:目的 探讨MMP-3和上皮细胞钙依赖粘附蛋白(E-Cadherin)在神经胶质细胞瘤中的表达及意义.方法 利用免疫组织化学法,研究50例神经胶质细胞瘤组织和10例正常脑组织中MMP-3和E-Cadherin的表达.结果 MMP-3和E-Cadherin在神经胶质瘤组织和正常脑组织中的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).在胶质细胞瘤中,MMP-3阳性细胞表达率随肿瘤恶性程度增加而增强,在高度恶性组(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)中的阳性表达率明显高于其在低度恶性组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)中的表达(χ2=5.71,P<0.05).E-cadherin阳性细胞表达率随肿瘤恶性程度增加而降低,在低度恶性组(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)中的阳性表达率明显高于其在高度恶性组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)中的表达(χ2=5.19,P<0.05).MMP-3与E-cadherin在胶质细胞瘤中的蛋白表达经Spearman等级相关分析计算呈负相关关系(r s=-0.637,P<0.01).结论 MMP-3和E-cadherin与神经胶质细胞瘤的侵袭、转移能力密切相关,两者在胶质细胞瘤的侵袭过程中可能有协同作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MMP-3 and epithelium cadherin ( E-cadherin ) in human neuroglioma .Methods The expression levels of MMP-3 and E-cadherin were detected by immunohistochemistry in 50 cases of neuroglioma tissues and 10 cases of normal brain tissues .Results There were significant differences in the expression levels of MMP-3 and E-Cadherin between neuroglioma tissues and normal brain tissues ( P <0.01).In neuroglioma,the expression rates of MMP-3 positive cells were increased with the increase of tumor malignant extent,moreover, the expression levels of MMP-3 in highly malignant neuroglioma (grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ) were significantly higher than those in lowly malignant neuroglioma (gradeⅢ~Ⅳ) ( P <0.05).However the expression rates of E-cadherin positive cell were decreased with the increase of tumor malignant extent , moreover, the expression levels of E-cadherin in lowly malignant neuroglioma ( grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ) were significantly higher than those in highly malignant neuroglioma ( gradeⅠ~Ⅱ) ( P <0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expressions of MMP-3 were negatively correlated to those of E-cadherin ( r s=0.637, P <0.01).Conclusion The expressions of MMP-3 and E-cadherin are closely correlated to the invasion and metatasis of neuroglioma ,moreover , the two factors may have synergetic effects during invasion of neuroglioma .
