盐酸氨溴索辅佐阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效分析

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索辅佐阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效.方法:收集2015年4月至2017年4月200例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组患儿给予阿奇霉素,实验组患儿则加用盐酸氨溴索,比较两组患儿相关临床指标、总体治疗效果、实验室指标、肺功能、凝血指标与免疫功能.结果:实验组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、X线浸润影消失时间与住院时间均显著性低于对照组;治疗后CRP、D-二聚体、IL-4、FIB与IgE水平组间比较均显著性低于对照组,FVC、FEV1、PEF、FEF75、IgA与IgG水平均显著性高于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.01);痊愈率明显高于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05).结论:盐酸氨溴索辅佐阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效显著,具有借鉴意义.

Efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia in Children

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride and azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children. Methods:From April 2015 to April 2017, 200 cases of My-coplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The children in the control group were given azithromycin. The children in the experimental group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride, Group of clinical indicators, the overall treatment effect, laboratory indicators, pulmonary function, coagula-tion index and immune function. Results: The time of fever, the time of disappearance of cough, the disap-pearance of rales and the time of disappearance of X-ray infiltration were significantly lower than those of the control group. After treatment, CRP, D-dimer, IL-4, FGF, FEV1, PEF, FEF75, IgA and IgG were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.01) . The cure rate was significantly higher than that of the control group In the control group, there were significant differences ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin has a significant effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.
