彩色多普勒超声联合弹性超声成像诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的临床价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声与弹性超声成像在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的应用.方法 选取门诊、住院接诊的60例甲状腺结节患者作为本次研究对象.所有患者均先采用彩色多普勒超声检测,再进行弹性超声成像检测,观察2组良、恶性结节诊断结果、超声资料、甲状腺结节成像结果.结果 通过对60例甲状腺结节患者的检测,弹性超声组检查形态规则、边界清晰情况人数检查较准确,有晕环、微小钙化、血流信号丰富情况较小,多普勒超声检查形态规则、边界清晰情况人数较模糊,有晕环、微小钙化、血流信号丰富情况较高,上述检出率均明显高于多普勒超声组(P<0.05).甲状腺结节弹性超声成像评分恶性结节4~5分明显高于良性结节(P<0.05).结论 彩色多普勒超声在弹性超声成像的铺助下,能够准确的获取结节内部组织信息,准确判断良、恶性结节,弥补彩色多普勒超声的不足.

Clinical ap liac tion vla ue of colorD op ler ultrasou nd combined with elastic ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with elastic ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules .Methods Sixty patients with thyroid nodules who were examined in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled in the study .All the patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound detection and elastic ultrasound imaging examination .The diagnosis results about benign and malignant nodules , ultrasound examination data , thyroid nodules imaging results were observed and compared between two groups . Results Among 60 patients with thyroid nodules , there were 36 cases cases of benign nodules and 24 cases of malignant nodules.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy by elastic ultrasound imaging were 88.03%,87.16%,88.39%,respectively, however, which by color Doppler ultrasound were 76.82%,55.12%,72.13%,respectively, there were significant differences between two groups ( P <0.05).The detection rates of small calcification ,blood flow signal in the halo ring ,blood stream signal abundance status in elastic ultrasound imaging group were significantly higher than those in color Doppler ultrasound group ( P <0.05).The 4~5 points of malignant nodules by thyroid nodule elastic ultrasound imaging score were significantly higher than those of benign nodules ( P <0.05).C onclusion The color Doppler ultrasound combined with elastic ultrasound imaging can judge accurately benign or malignant thyroid nodules , the latter can make up the deficiency of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of benign or malignant thyroid nodules .
