骨水泥椎体成形术及术后应用唑来膦酸在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者中的应用

目的 研究骨水泥椎体成形术及术后进行唑来膦酸药物治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果.方法 选取接受治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例.对照组患者单纯采用骨水泥椎体成形术治疗,研究组在骨水泥椎体成形术治疗的基础上,术后应用唑来膦酸治疗.记录2组患者的伤椎前缘高度及脊柱后凸Cobb's角,BMD评分及VAS评分,ODI评分,对结果进行分析.结果 治疗后24 h及6个月,研究组患者的伤椎前缘高度及BMD评分明显高于对照组,研究组患者的脊柱后凸Cobb's角明显小于对照组,研究组患者的VAS评分及ODI评分明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2组患者的术中及术后的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 骨水泥椎体成形术后进行唑来膦酸治疗,能有效缓解患者的疼痛,提高患者骨密度,降低椎体骨折风险.

Therapeutic effects of bone cement vertebroplasty and postoperative zoledronic acid medication on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of bone cement vertebroplasty and postoperative zoledronic acid medication on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods Sixty patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n =30) and observation group (n =30).The patients in control group were treated by bone cement vertebroplasty only,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by postoperative zoledronic acid medication.The anterior and posterior height of injuried pyramid and kyphosis Cobb'angle,BMD score,VAS score,ODI score were observed and compared between two groups.Results On 24h,6m after treatment,the anterior and posterior height of injuried pyramid and BMD score in observation group were obviously higher than those in control group,however,the kyphosis Cobb'angle was significantly less than that in control group.The VAS score and ODI score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).However tere were no significant differences in intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The bone cement vertebroplasty combined with postoperative zoledronic acid medication can effectively relieve postoperative pains,increase bone mineral density and decrease the risk of vertebral fractures of patients with vertebral compression fractures.
