黄体酮与间苯三酚分别联合绒毛膜促性腺激素在先兆流产治疗中的疗效对比

目的 探讨黄体酮与间苯三酚分别联合绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)在先兆流产治疗中的疗效对比.方法 选择2012年1月至2016年1月接诊的100例先兆流产患者,因用药方式不同分为间苯三酚组和黄体酮组,每组50例.2组患者在治疗过程中均加用绒毛膜促性腺激素针剂.比较2组患者治疗效果、不良反应、妊娠结局.结果 2组患者治疗后血清孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、HCG较治疗前均得到改善(P<0.05),且间苯三酚组的P、E2、HCG均比黄体酮组高(P<0.05);间苯三酚组患者腹痛消失时间、血肿吸收时间均比黄体酮组短(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者早产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),间苯三酚组流产率少于黄体酮组,足月分娩率高于黄体酮组(P<0.05).结论 先兆流产患者中应用间苯三酚联合HCG治疗效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,改善妊娠结局,且安全性高,值得推广应用.

Comparative analysis of progesterone or phloroglucinol combined with chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of threatened abortion

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of progesterone or phloroglucinol combined with human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) on threatened abortion.Methods One hundred patients with threatened abortion who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were divided into phloroglucinol group (n=50) and progesterone group (n=50) according to different medication modes.The patients in both groups were treated by chorionic gonadotropin injection during treatment.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions and pregnancy outcome were observed and compared between two groups.Results As compared with those before treatment,the serum levels of progesterone (P),estradiol (E2) and HCG were obviously improved after treatment in both groups (P<0.05),however the serum levels of P,E2 and HCG in phloroglucinol group were significantly higher than those in progesterone group (P<0.05).Moreover the abdominal pain extinction time and hematoma absorption time in phloroglucinol group were obviously shorter than those in progesterone group (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05), moreover, there was no significant difference in preterm labor rate between two groups (P>0.05).Besides the abortion rate in phloroglucinol group was less than that in progesterone group,but the full-term birth rate in phloroglucinol group was significantly higher than that in progesterone group (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of phloroglucinol combined with HCG on threatened abortion are quite significant,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve pregnancy outcome,with good safety, therefor, which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
