锁定加压接骨板治疗胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效观察

目的探讨锁定加压接骨板治疗胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法胫前外侧中下段切口。复位满意后，于胫骨外侧放置解剖型锁定加压接骨板，骨折线两侧用加压钉固定，遇粉碎骨折时，骨折处用普通螺钉拉紧骨块复位，其余位置用锁定钉固定。冲洗切口，置引流管负压引流。结果所有病例伤口一期愈合，骨折无延迟愈合、畸形愈合，平均临床愈合时间11周。按照Johner-Wruhs评价法，本组优64例，良3例，可3例。优良率为92．9％。结论使用锁定加压接骨板固定延伸到骨干部的胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折，符合骨折生物学固定的现代理念，是一种十分有效的治疗方法。
