输尿管囊肿内多发结石伴重复肾输尿管畸形1例并文献复习

目的：讨论输尿管囊肿的发生、诊断及其内镜治疗。方法：报道1例输尿管囊肿囊内多发结石伴同侧重复肾输尿管畸形病例的诊治，并复习这一疾病的相关文献。结果：输尿管囊肿是一种先天性畸形疾病，泌尿系B超、静脉泌尿系造影（IVP）、膀胱镜三者结合诊断符合率高，内镜治疗可有效的解除输尿管梗阻和控制术后膀胱输尿管反流（vesicoureteral reflux，VUR）的发生。结论：输尿管囊肿诊断并不困难，内镜治疗以其安全有效性已成为输尿管囊肿首选治疗方式。

A case of duplex system ureterocele associated with multiple calculi and review of literature

To discuss the occurrence, diagnosis and endoscopic management of ureterocele. Method： Describing and reporting the diagnosis and treatment of a case of ureterocele associated with ipsilateral duplex system and multiple calculi. The literatures regarding this condition had been reviewed and discussed. Result： Ureterocele is a congenital malformation disease; urinary tract type-B ultrasonic, IVP, cystoscope combined with high diagnostic accuracy, Endoscopic therapy can effectively remove ureteral obstruction and control the occurrence of postoperative vesicoureteral reflux （VUR）. Conclusion： Ureterocele diagnosis is not difficult. Endoscopic therapy with its security effectiveness has become the first choice for treatment of ureterocele.
