肾上腺淋巴管瘤1例报告并文献复习

目的：探讨肾上腺淋巴管瘤的临床特点、诊断、髂别诊断、治疗及预后。方法：回顾性分析1例。肾上腺囊性淋巴管瘤的临床资料．复习相关文献并总结诊疗经验。结果：患者行腹腔镜下行左肾上腺切除术·未发生任何术中及术后并发症，术后恢复良好。结论：肾上腺淋巴管瘤是一种极为罕见的肾上腺良性肿瘤·患者一般无明显临床表现。术前诊断主要依靠影像学检查．确诊需病理学检查．手术治疗为首选方法。

Adrenal lymphangioma, report of 1 case and literatures reviewed

Objective： To investigate clinical features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatments and prog- nosis of adrenal Iymphangloma. Methods： One case of adrenal cystic lymphangioma was analyzed retrospectively by reviewing some literatures and summarizing the diagnosis and treatments. Results： The patient underwent lapa- roscopic adrenalectomy. No intraoperative and postoperative complications were occurred. The prognosis is satis- factory. Conclusion： Adrenal lymphangioma is a rare tumor of adrenal gland. Most patients are asymptomatic clin- ically. Preoperative diagnosis mainly depends on imaging findings. Pathological examinations are vital to the final diagnosis. Surgery is the preferred treatment option.
