广东省乡镇卫生院院长的基本素质现状分析

目的：调查并分析广东省乡镇卫生院院长的基本素质现状；方法：对广东省21个地市1320个乡镇卫生院全部正、副院长进行信访问卷调查；结果：广东省乡镇卫生院院长整伴素质以及管理工作的投入与城市医院院长还有较大差距，乡镇卫生院院长素质区域差别较大；结论：乡镇卫生院院长的选拔与配置是乡镇卫生院发展的关键，应建立长效机制保证管理队伍的知识化、年轻化、专业化，并注意管理人才队伍的梯队建设和领导职位的管理职能建设。

Baseline analysis of the quality of presidents in township hospitals of Guangdong province

Objective To investigate and analyze the quality of the president working for the township hospitals in Guangdong province.Methods All of the presidents working in 1320 township hospitals were investigated by a questionnaire.Results The quality of the presidents and their working time on hospital management are lower than those in city hospitals.Difference is significant in different areas.Conclusion President is very important to township hospital's survival and its operation.It is necessary to set up a long-term mechanism to ensure the president to be with knowledge,young age,special in management and to set a training system to prepare a team for the hospital as well as management system.
