| 摘 要： | 从细胞遗传学角度观察 Norplant 对女性皮下埋植者淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)率的影响观察组27人,Norplant 埋植时间五年,对照组为6名健康女献血员.结果:观察组及对照组SCE 频率((?)±S)分别为9.80±2.33,9.05±3.81两组比较.差异无显著性(P>0.05),提示 Nor-plant 未引起妇女的遗传物质损伤,此项皮下埋植术的避孕方法适合中国妇女使用。

| Abstract: | 27 women used Norplant for 5 years as a experiment group and 7 persons without Norplant as a control group were studied.The frequencies of sister chromatid exchange between the experiment group (9.8±2.33) and the control group (9.05±3.81) differed no significantly (P>0.05).The results suggested that Norplant can not cause the chromosome obvious damages and may be used as a good contraceptive for married women who want to get conceived later. |
