摘    要:为了解老年维持性血液透析(MHD)病人的营养状况,选择18例老年终末期肾功能衰竭行MHD病人,记录其7d的饮食种类和量,检测透析充分性、人体学及实验室有关指标。结果:蛋白质、热能和摄入量显著低于推荐量,且摄入充分组的营养指标(Hb、Alb、PA)明显地不充分组(P〈0.05),透析充分组的营养指标(Alb、PA、TF)明显高于不充分组(P〈0.05)。提示:护理时要重视透析充分性参数,及时进行营养

Abstract:To know the nutriture of senile patients accepted maintenance hemodialysis, 18 cases of senile terminal renal failure were selected. Both type and amount of diet of the patients in 7 days were recorded in detail to check the thoroughness of hemodialysis and indexes related to anthroposomatology and laboratory. Results:both protein intake and thermal energy intake of these patients were remarkably lower than recommended intake. And nutritional indexes (Hb, Alb, PA) of patients who had enough intake were markedly higher than those who had not enoughintake (P<0.05). Nutritional indexes (Alb、 PA、 TF) of thoroughly dialyzed patients were significantly higher than that of not thoroughly dialyzed (P<0.05).Suggested that ones pay attention to indexes of dialyzing thoroughness, evaluate the nutriture of patients in time, and instruct the diet intake of patients. Thus it can improve patient's life quality.
