| 摘 要： | 目的：研究系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE)抗磷脂抗体等血清免疫学标志物与患视网膜血管病的关系。方法：从2002年6月至2003年1月，对164例SLE患作最佳矫正视力检查、眼压测量、裂隙灯检查和眼底检查，血清免疫学检查指标包括抗心磷脂抗体(anticardiolipin antibody,ACL、狼疮抗凝物(lupus anticoagulant,LA)、抗核抗体(antinuclear antibody，ANA)和抗ds—DNA抗体等。结果：164例SLE患中26例(16则检查到有视网膜血管病，其中19例(73%)检测到抗磷脂抗体(17例ACL和2例LA)。结论：SLE患易发生视网膜血管病变，抗磷脂抗体的存在可能与其有较高的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the rel at ionship between retinal vasculopathy and antiphospholipid antibodies(APL)in pati ents with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:From Jun2002through Jan2003, 164patients with SLE were examined by corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressu re tonometry,slit-lamp and funduscope exam and some serological markers,such as anticardiolipin antibody(ACL),lupus anticoagulant(LA),antinuclear antibody(ANA )and anti-ds-DNA antibody.Results:Among164patients with SLE,retinal vasculopa thy was found in26(16%)cases and APL was found in19cases(73%)of them(17cases of ACL and2cases of LA).Conclusions:Retinal Vasculopathy is probably highly related to APL in patients with SLE. |
