| 摘 要： | 目的评价耳压法对加速产程进展及分娩镇痛的应用价值。方法选取100例初产妇入组,所有病例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用耳穴贴压后20min/次刺激相应穴位,对照组不进行任何干预。观察耳压法对产程进展的影响,以及对分娩疼痛的影响。结果治疗组与对照组在总产程时间、疼痛程度方面均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论耳压法具有加速。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the Ear Pressure bean method to accelerate the birth process on the progress and application of the value of labor analgesia. Methods 100 cases of maternal income group, all cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. Treatment group used auricular pressure every 20 minutes to stimulate acupuncture points corresponding. Control group without any interference. Ear pressure observed beans on the impact of the progress of labor, as well as the impact of pain in childbirth. Resuit Treatment group and control group in the total labor time, the degree of pain were significantly different （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ear Pressure bean method has accelerated the birth process on the progress, ease the pain of the role of childbirth. |
