眼外伤住院患者伴发焦虑的影响因素分析

目的了解眼外伤住院患者中焦虑的发生率及其影响因素,为进一步采取针对性的防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的眼外伤流行病学特征调查表和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对738例眼外伤住院患者进行测评。结果 738例眼外伤住院患者中,焦虑发生率为22.8%。其中轻度焦虑占17.8%,中度焦虑占3.9%,重度焦虑占1.1%。焦虑的发生与年龄、单双眼别、损伤类型有关,与性别、婚否、职业、文化程度、付费方式、家庭月收入等因素无关。结论医务人员应关注眼外伤患者的心理健康,针对性地做好心理护理,促进患者身心康复。

Analysis of the influence factors of anxiety after ocular trauma

Objective To explore the incidence of anxiety and its influencing factors in hospitalized patients with oculartrauma and to provide guidance and theoretical basis for clinical practice. Methods Seven hundred and thirty eight patients with ocular trauma were evaluated by self-designed ocular trauma questionnaire and self-rating anxiety scale respectively. Results Among 738 cases, there was 22.8% patients with anxiety. Mild anxiety accounted for 17.8%, moderate anxiety accounted for 3.9%, severe anxiety accounted for 1.1%. The results showed that the incidence of anxiety in hospitalized patients with ocular trauma had nothing to do with sex, marriage, education, family income and method of payment. Age, bilateral injuries and eyeball rupture were risk factors for anxiety. Conclusion The psychotherapy should be strengthened for these patients to promote their physical and psychological rehabilitation.
