| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察TT病毒 (TTV)子宫内传播的可能性。方法 :采用妊娠中期引产孕妇的静脉血及其胎儿心脏血 ,以巢式聚合酶链反应检测TTVDNA部分基因 ,对产物进行基因序列测定和分析 ,并比较母子TTV部分序列之间同源性。结果 :2 3例孕妇中TTVDNA阳性者 5例 (2 1.7% ) ,其中 2例引产儿亦阳性。测序结果与中国北京株TTVDNA同段序列基本一致。两对阳性母子TTVDNA序列同源性极高 (98.3% ,99.1% )。结论 :TTV可在子宫内传播

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the possibility of TT virus (TTV) transmission in the uterus. Methods Blood samples were collected from women who were pregnant for 3 to 6 months and from their aborted fetuses, and detected for TTV DNA by nested polymerase chain reaction (nPCR). The nPCR products were sequenced and analysed for nucleotide homology. Results TTV DNA was positive in 5 of the 23 pregnant women (21.7%), and 2 of the 5 fetuses were TTV positive. Two pairs of mother fetus TTV DNA nucleotide homology were 98.3% and 99.1%, respectively. Conclusion TTV can be transmitted in the uterus. |
