复方MTBE乳剂溶解胆石的实验研究与临床试用

复方 MTBE 乳剂是胆结石灌注溶石剂。研究显示:由 MTBE 与EOTA 等组成的复方乳剂剂型稳定,刺激性小,溶石作用优异。既能溶解胆固醇结石,又能溶解胆色素结石及黑胆石,其药效明显优于复方桔油乳剂及纯MTBE。实验还表明,该药对豚鼠的胆囊运动、十二指肠和 Qddis 括约肌的生物电均无明显影响。用药后,肝肾功能无明显改变,肝、胆及十二指肠的组织学变化与对照组无明显差异。结果证示:用10%的 MTBE 乳剂进行临床应用,10例胆结石病人,经胆道灌注3～10次,1例结石消失,7例结石明显缩小,2例无效,使用过程病人无明显副作用。本乳剂是一种安全有效的胆结石直接溶石药物。

The experimental and clinical studies on cholelitholysis with complex MTBE emulsion(Abstract)

The complex MTBE emulsion was injusion agent for gallstone dissolution. The serial study efficacy showed that the complex MTBE emulsion consisting of MTBE and EDTA et al.is stable,its irritation is more lighter than that of COPOE.The dissoluted effect of MTBE emulsion is covered various kinds of gallstones such cholesterol stone,bilirubin stone and black stone.The efficacy is significantly better than that of COPOE and of pure MTBE.The experiment in guinea-pig also showed that there were no obviously changes in the activity of gallbladder and Oddi's sphincter as well as in biologic electricity of duodeum during complex MTBE emulsion treatment.There also were no notable changes in hepatical and renal function,the histologic features of liver,biliary system and duodeum were as same as normal as compared with control. It was demonstrated that 10 cases of biliary stone as treated with 10% complex MTBE emulsion through infusion therapy in clinical applica- tion,gallstone disappeared in 1 case,significantly lesser in 7 cases and no change in other 2 cases after 3-10 infusions,and there was no obviously side effect during treatment.It is suggested that this emulsion is a save and effective directed dissolution drug for biliary stone.
