体检人群脂肪肝患病率及相关知识掌握情况调查及对策

目的了解体检人群脂肪肝患病率及相关知识掌握情况，探讨护理干预对策。方法2007年12月-2008年10月对1530名体检者进行健康体检，统计脂肪肝患病情况，并对患者脂肪肝相关知识进行问卷调查，了解患者对脂肪肝相关知识掌握情况。结果脂肪肝患病率为14．8％（226／1530），其中男性患病率为18．0％（164／912），女性患病率为10．0％（62／618），男女比较，差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=12．24，P〈0．01）；脂肪肝患者中长期大量饮酒史占45．1％（102／226）；对脂肪肝相关知识不了解率在36.3％-62．4％。结论体检人群脂肪肝患病率较高，男性高于女性，主要与大量长期饮酒有关；脂肪肝患者对疾病相关知识缺乏了解，应加强患者相关知识教育。

Analysis of fatty liver incidence in physical examination and discussion of nursing interventions

Objective To analyze the situation of fatty liver in general population in Guangzhou City and to explore the nursing interventions of fatty liver. Method Physical examinations were performed on 1 530 people during Dec 2007 and Oct 2008, and they were surveyed about fatty liver and its risk factors. Results Fatty liver disease was detected in 226 people （14.8%）. The positive rates of fatty liver disease were 18.0% （164/912） in men while 10.0% （62/618） in women, and the difference was significant （X2 = 12.24, P 〈 0.01）. Among 226 patients with fatty liver disease, 102 had a long history of drinking （45.1%） ; 36.3% - 62.4% of patients had no idea of relative knowledge of fatty liver. Conclusions There was a higher rate of fatty liver of the examined people in Guangzhou City, which occurred more in men than in women and was related to drinking. Most patients were lack of relative knowledge of fatty liver. The systematic nursing interventions of fatty liver including cognitive intervention and behavioral intervention, such as diet and exercise were conducive to the treatment of fatty liver and prognosis.
