| 摘 要： | [目的]观察胃康宁治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关性消化性溃疡临床疗效，并从中医理论和临床方面进行初步探讨。[方法]将100例Hp相关性消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别给予胃康宁和奥抗三联治疗，疗程4周，观察主要症状的改善、溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率及不良反应。[结果]在改善主要症状方面治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；在溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率方面两组差异无统计学意义。治疗组不良反应率1．7％，对照组32．5％，两组差异有统计学意义。[结论]胃康宁治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Weikangning in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related peptic ulcer.[Methods] One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Weikangning and the control group with omeprazole anti-helicobacter pylori trigeminy.Then the clinical symptom,healing of ulcer,extirpation rate of Hp and side effects were observed.[Results] The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptom.There were no statistical significant difference in healing rate of ulcer and extirpation rate of Hp.[Conclusion]Weikangning has better effect in the treatment of Hp-related peptic ulcer. |
