近期移植肾失去功能再移植的护理

通过对３例病人近期移植肾失去功能后摘除移植肾再移植的护理。提出再移植手术前要重视首次移植失败的原因，防止发生心衰。再移植术后要加强生命体征的观察及移植肾的功能。重点分析了近期肾移植失败的原因及应用免疫抑制剂时的注意事项。

Nursing on 3 Patients with Kidney Retransplantation

patients with kidney retranspantation were taken care of after the removal of transplanted kidney which had lost its function recently. The author thought that one had to find out the causes of the failure of the first kidney transplantation and prevent the patient from cardiac failure. Vital signs and function from retransplantated kidney must be closely observated. The causes of the failure of the recent kidney transplantation were analysed and points for attention were emphasized in use of immune inhibitors.
