重症颅脑外伤患者气管切开术后的护理

目的探讨颅脑外伤手术后气管切开的护理方法及并发症的预防。方法回顾分析100例严重颅脑外伤术后气管切开患者的临床资料。其中2006年7-10月实行综合气道管理的患者50例为治疗组,2005年7-10月未实行综合气道管理的50例患者为对照组。结果治疗组,8例发生肺部感染,6例感染得到控制,控制感染时间平均为（7.8±1.47）d,对照组22例发生肺部感染,14例得到控制,平均控制时间为（14.4±2.79）d。结论认真、科学、严谨的气管切开术后护理,是防止气管切开术后发生感染等并发症的保障,是提高抢救成功率的重要有效的措施。

Nursing Care of Severe Craniocerebral Injury Patients After Tracheotomy

Objective To study the effect of nursing care of severe craniocerebral injury patients after tracheotomy, and to explore the prevention of postoperative complications. Methods The clinical data of 100 severe craniocerebral injury patients with tracheotomy were retrospectively analyzed, among them, 50 patients in the treatment group received intensive nursing care from July 2006 to October 2006, and 50 patients in the control group received routine nursing care from July 2005 to October 2005. Results Pulmonary infection occurred in 8 of 50 （ 12. 0 % ） patients in the treatment group and 22 of 50 （44.0%） patients in the control group （P〈0.01）. Pulmonary infection was controlled in 6 of 8 （7.5.0%） patients of the treatment group in 7.8 ± 1.47 days and in 14 of 22 （63.6 % ） of the control group in 14.4 ± 2.79 days （ P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Rigorous and scientific intensive nursing care of severe craniocerebral injury patients after tracheotomy can prevent pulmonary infection and improve the cure rate and outcome of the patients.
