依那西普治疗活动性类风湿关节炎的临床疗效分析

目的探讨依那西普治疗活动性类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2010年9月至2011年9月我科收治疗的69例RA患者随机分为观察组(38例)和对照组(31例),两组患者均给予基础治疗,观察组给予依那西普皮下注射治疗,每次25 mg,每周2次;对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,每次10 mg,每周1次。观察两组患者症状及体质改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应情况,并进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗后各症状及体征均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(94.74%vs 74.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论依那西普治疗RA具有疗效好、见效快、不良反应少等优点,是目前治疗活动性RA的一种较佳治疗方案,值得临床推广应用。

The Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Etanercept for Active Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of etanercept for active rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods From Sep.2010 to Sep.2011,69 patients with RA were randomly divided into the observation group(38 cases)and control group(31 cases).All patients were given basic treatment,while observation group was given subcutaneous injection of etanercept,25 mg per time,2 times/w;control group received methotrexate(MTX),10 mg per time,1 time/w.Patients′symptoms,physical improvement,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and comparatively analysed.Results After treatment,the symptoms and signs of observation group patients were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(94.74% vs 74.19%),which had significant difference(P<0.05).The adverse reactions incidence of observation group is significantly lower than control group,which had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Etanercept treatment for RA has good,fast efficacy and less adverse reactions.It is currently a better treatment for active RA and worthy of clinical application.
