男性酒依赖患者非理性信念及其影响因素的调查

目的探讨酒依赖患者非理性信念特点及其影响因素，为临床护理干预提供依据。方法采用非理性信念量表对33例酒依赖患者及33名健康人作为正常对照组进行评定。结果酒依赖患者在非理性信念量表总得分为（67．52±11．457）分，高于对照组的（61．71±11．029）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2．911，P〈0．05）；不同酒依赖程度患者在非理性信念量表总得分及各分量表得分上比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；酒依赖患者概括化评论、总分与年龄呈正相关（r分别为0．367，0．413；P〈0．05）。结论酒依赖患者普遍存在着非理性信念，且具有一定稳定性，应尽早给予护理干预。

Investigation of irrational belief and influence factors of male alcohol dependence patients and its countermeaures

Objective- To explore irrational belief characteristics of the alcohol dependence patients and the influencing factors, and to provide basis for clinical nursing intervention. Methods 33 alcohol dependence patients and 33 normal persons were evaluated by irrational belief scale. Results Total score of irrational belief scale in alcohol dependence patients was （67.52 ± 11. 457 ）, which was higher than that （61.71 ± 11. 029） in the normal persons, and the difference was significant （t =2, 911, P 〈0.05） ; No difference was found in total score and each subscale score in different alcohol dependent patients （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; generalized comments and total score were positively related to age in the patients （r = 0. 367, 0. 413, respectively; P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Alcohol dependence patients had irrational belief with certain stability, and should be given early nursing intervention.
