| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小阴唇肥大整形的优良手术方式。方法采取小阴唇基部半月形切除或轴型皮瓣法以缩小肥大的小阴唇。结果23例术后外形及感觉均良好。结论2种术式符合小阴唇的生理解剖的特点,且各具优点,可灵活运用于各种类型的小阴唇肥大。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the ideal technique for small labium hypertrophy.Methods Hypertrophic small labium was reduced by semicircular excision at the base of the small labium or by the method of axial flap.Results 23 cases achieved satisfactory sensibility and appearance with the two techniques.Conclusion The two techniques are designed according to the physiological and anatomic charateristics of the small labium.They can be selected for different types of small labium hypertrophy. |
