| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨成人髋臼发育不良的人工全髋关节置换方法。方法：从1999年1月至2002年2月，对32例髋臼发育不良伴严重骨性关节炎的患者进行人工全髋关节置换。结果：随防3～5年，平均52．5个月。按Harris评分，平均93分（优26例、良5例、中1例），近期优良率达到96％。结论：对于髋臼发育不良伴严重骨性关节炎的成人患者，如能处理好髋臼及股骨近段的畸形，选择好合适的假体，人工全髋关节置换是一种良好的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study total hip replacement for acetabular dysplasia in adults.Methods: From January 1999 to February 2002,Total hip replacement was performed in 32 patients.The patients suffered from several osteoarthritis of the hip. Results: The average Harris Score was 93 in 32 hips(96% of good rate).The follow-up period ranged from 3 to 5 years(mean,52.5 months). Conclusion: Total hip replacement is a good treatment method for acetabular dysplasia in adults with several osteoarthritis of the hip. |
