| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨连续性血液净化治疗危重病人中的护理要点.方法:对37例危重病人行血液净化治疗中出现的护理问题、监测指标,初步总结其护理要点.结果:护理的重点包括心理护理、管道护理、生命体征的观察、液体平衡和血糖的监测.结论:注重患者的心理护理,保持管路通畅,根据凝血象调整抗凝剂用量,监测血糖、电解质和生命体征是危重患者成功、安全进行连续性血液净化治疗的保证.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the points of nursing critically ill patients with continuous blood purification (CBP).Methods Problems and monitoring parameters of 37 critically ill patients were summarized during the course of blood purification. Results Key points of nursing included psycho-nursing,blood access and circuit,vital signs ,blood sugar and fluid balance. Conclusion In order to carry out the CBP safely and smoothly,much attention should be paid to psycho-nursing ,maintaining the circuit patent,monitoring the coagulation parameters ,blood sugar and vital signs timely . |
