| 摘 要： | 荭草水煎液１０．５ｇ／ｋｇ给正常和ＨｇＣｌ２造模肾炎大鼠ｉｇ，均有利尿作用。荭草黄酮类０．５ｇ／ｋｇ给ＨｇＣｌ２造模大鼠ｉｇ５ｄ，同样有利尿作用，但对尿蛋白和血清尿素氮无明显影响。该黄酮类１．５ｇ／ｋｇ给小鼠ｉｇ３ｄ，可使小鼠凝血时间延长；对腹腔毛细血管通透性无明显影响。

| Abstract: | The docoction of Ammannia arenaria with the dosage of 10.sg/kg was given to the normal rats and the rats with nephritis modeled with HgCl2 respectively,and had the effect of diuresis.The flavonorid of Ammannia arenaria with the dosage of 0.5g/kg was given to the rats,modeled with HgCl2,for 5 days.It had the effect of diuresis but had not obvious effect to the urinary protein and serum urea nitrogen.The flavonorid given to mice for 3 days,it had the effecf of prolonging the clotting time but hat not effect to the capillary permeability in abdominal cavity. |
