215例急性和亚急性重型肝炎并发症与预后关系的研究

目的探讨急性和亚急性重型肝炎并发症与预后的关系。方法对解放军302医院215例急性和亚急性重型肝炎患者进行回顾性临床分析。结果急重患者发生率前三位的并发症分别为肝性脑病、电解质紊乱及脑水肿;而病死率前三位的并发症分别为脑疝、肝肾综合征及肝性脑病。亚急重患者发生率前三位的并发症分别为腹水、电解质紊乱及肝性脑病;而病死率前三位的并发症分别为脑疝、肝肾综合征及脑水肿。结论积极防治并减少严重并发症的发生是降低急性或亚急性肝功能衰竭病死率的关键。

Study on the Relation Between Complication and Prognosis from 215 Patients with Acute and Subacute Severe Hepatitis

Objective To discuss the relation between complication and prognosis from the patients with acute and subacute severe hepatitis. Methods Make a retrospective clinical analysis to 215 patients with acute and subacute severe hepatitis from 302nd Military Hospital of China. Results The complications at the first three places of incidence from the patients with acute severe hepatitis are hepatic encephalopathy, electrolyte disorder and brain edema; The complications at the first three places of mortality are cerebral hernia, hepatorenal syndrome and hepatic encephalopathy ; The complications at the first three places of incidence from the patients with subacute severe hepatitis are ascites, electrolyte disorder and hepatic encephalopathy ; The complications at the first three places of mortality are cerebral hernia, hepatorenal syndrome and brain edema. Conclusion To prevent and decrease the incidence of severe complication in an active way is a key to lower the mortality of patients with acute or subacnte renal failure.
