| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨半乳糖凝集素-3（Galectin-3）表达和人脑垂体泌乳素腺瘤细胞增殖的关系.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测38例垂体泌乳素腺瘤组织中Galectin-3及增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）表达.结果侵袭组的Galectin-3阳性表达率极显著高于非侵袭组（P〈0.01）.侵袭组的PCNA阳性表达率显著高于非侵袭组（P〈0.05）.Galectin-3与PCNA表达之间呈正相关（r=0.33,P〈0.05）.结论 Galectin-3与垂体泌乳素腺瘤细胞增殖密切相关,Galectin-3可能在垂体PRL腺瘤的细胞增殖和侵袭过程中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of galectin-3 and proliferation of prolactinoma.Methods The expression of galectin-3 and PCNA in 38 samples of prolactinoma was examined respectively by streptavidin/peroxidase(SP)immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rate of galectin-3 expression in invasive group is significantly higher than that in non-invasive group(P<(0.01)). The positive rate of PCNA expression in invasive group is significantly higher than that in non-invasive group(P<(0.05)).There is a positive correlation between the expression of galectin-3 and PCNA in prolactinoma(r=(0.33),P<(0.05)).Conclusion The expression of galectin-3 is closely related to the proliferation of prolactinoma.Galectin-3 may play an important role in the proliferation and invasion of prolactinoma. |
