后腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿外科疾病的体会

目的观察后腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿系疾病的方法及临床效果.方法采用后腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿系疾病61例,其中肾上腺肿瘤切除术7例,肾囊肿去顶术11例,肾切除术10例,肾、输尿管、膀胱开口袖状切除术3例,根治性肾切除术7例,离断式肾盂成形术3例,肾盂切开取石术4例,输尿管切开取石术16例.结果61例中的59例手术获得成功.手术时间30～180min,平均106.0min;术中平均出血57.9ml,术中及术后均未输血,无明显并发症;术后住院时间2～11d,平均6.5d.结论腔镜手术治疗泌尿系疾病,具有安全,有效,损伤小,住院时间短,恢复快,并发症少,疤痕少等优点,在泌尿外科具有很好的应用前景,但须掌握适应症.

Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic surgery for urological diseases

Objective To evaluate the methods and effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for urological disease. Methods Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery, including 7 adrenalectomy, 11 unroofing of renal cysts, 10 nephrectomy, 3 nephroureterectomy, 7 radical nephrectomy, 3 UPJ-plasty, 4 pelvilithotomy, 16 ureterolithotomy, were carried out for 61 cases. Results Success has been achieved in 59 cases without major complication. The operating time was 30-180 min, with a mean of 106.0 min, and the average bleeding volume during operation being 57.9 ml. The postoperation hospitalization was 2-1 ld, with a mean of 6.5. Conclusions The operation is a safe, minimal invasive and effective technique. This treatment reduces the length of hospitalization and recovery time after operation, which has a good applied future in the urologic clinical practice.
