| 摘 要： | 纳豆激酶是一种由纳豆菌产生的具有强烈纤溶作用的丝氨酸蛋白酶,与传统的一些溶栓剂相比,其具有安全性好、成本低、经口服后可迅速入血,纤溶活性强,作用时间长等优点。有望被开发为新一代的口服抗血栓药物。现就纳豆激酶的结构、理化性质、药理学作用及机理、分离纯化、活性测定方法以及开发现状和应用前景等方面进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Nattokinase (NK) is a serine protease generated by Bacillus natto, which is strongly thrombolytic. Compared with traditional thrombolytic agents, NK has the advantages of safety, low cost, oral administration, strong thrombolytic activity and long action time, so it may become a novel oral thrombolytic agent. This article deals with the structure, physical-chemical properties, pharmacology, separation and purification, activity determination and the prospects for the application of NK. |
