| 摘 要： | 目的:比较研究甘肃不同地区4种野生秦艽rDNA ITS碱基序列的差异及其规律,寻找秦艽组药材之间的分子鉴别方法。方法:对rDNA ITS区进行了PCR扩增、测序,运用Clustal X,MEGA3等软件对ITS区序列进行分析。结果:不同地区秦艽、麻花秦艽、小秦艽及黄管秦艽的ITS长度为800 bp,ITS1,5.8S和ITS2序列长度分别为290,170,340 bp。根据两者序列以邻接法建立分子系统发生树。结论:ITS序列可以作为野生秦艽分子鉴定的依据。
