摘    要:目的:观察甜菊苷对麻醉大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法:Wistar Kyoto(WKY()大鼠及自发性高血压大鼠用戊巴比妥钠麻醉后,进行手术,术后10min给予甜菊苷药物试验。结果:25,50,100mg/kg静脉注射可剂量依赖性地降低麻醉正常血压WKY大鼠的收缩压和舒张压,并以降低舒张压的作用明显,同样可减慢心率,降低左心室内压最大上升速率和左心室内压对数值最大变化速率。结论:甜菊苷有较强而持久的降

Abstract:Objective:Effects of stevioside on hemodynamics of anesthetized rats were observed. Methods:Wistar Kyoto (WKY) rats and sponteneous hypertensive rats received operation after using pentobarbital anesthesia. Drug trial with stevioside was condacted 10 min after operation.Results:The normotensive WKY rats' systolic pressure and distolic pressure were declined in presenting dose dependent after given intraveneously 25, 50, and 100 mg/kg, respectively, especially the distolic pressure; while the heart rate, the maximal ascending rate of left ventricular pressure, and maximal changing rate of left ventricular logarithm value were decreased. Conclusion:Stevioside has a higher and persistant hypotensive effect, while heart rate and myocardial contraction can be inhibited.
